Hi! My name is Laura Carbery. I'm a Dublin based mum of three: two boys and one girl. I'm a chef & food product developer with over 7 years experience working in the food industry.
I'm extremely passionate about good, nutritious food and I love testing new recipes and coming up with new healthy & delicious recipes for all of the family.
I know that weaning onto solid foods can be a stressful time for some, so I hope that with my personal and professional experience and knowledge that I can help parents relax and enjoy the experience.
The aims of my baby weaning classes are to give parents independent advice specific to their families needs and to offer support to parents from weaning onwards.

I've always been passionate about food and while growing up I was surrounded by a family of great cooks. I studied architecture for five years but in 2012 I decided to follow my heart and went to Ballymaloe Cookery School to train as a chef.
In the following years, I gained experience working as a pastry chef, teaching cooking, food styling and developing food products for retail and foodservice. I began a blog, The Seasonal Kitchen, to share with people my love for cooking, writing and photographing food. I documented foodie places I came across on my travels, cakes I made and decorated and lots of recipes I cooked at home.
I later completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Innovation & Food Product Development and trained as a breastfeeding counsellor. I've received a number of awards for products I have developed including 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze in the Blas na hÉireann food awards.
His favourites are olives, houmous and bananas!
