Thank you for visiting our site. This is our data protection policy for our website visitors and clients.  It relates to our website https://hungrymunchkin.ie. This Policy was last reviewed April 2021.

We will always ask permission to collect your data and will process it for the purpose we state. We will endeavour to collect your data at your specified address only. Any third party processing of your data for the purpose of fulfilling our obligation with you will be carried out by a Processor appointed by us and under an agreed GDPR contract.

Customer orders contain your name, email, address and order information. If you choose to accept marketing, we may email you to inform you of services or products of Hungry Munchkins.

If you choose to create an account, we hold name, email, telephone number & address. Your card details can be saved for future purchases but we do not have access to them. They are stored safely by Stripe, our Payment Processor. If you signed up for our newsletter we store your name and email address only.

We will use the information above to inform you of services or products of Hungry Munchkins.
We will not pass your details to a third party for communication, unless we get explicit permission from you. If you follow links to other sites from our website your data will be subject to the privacy policies of those sites.
